Sports Board Punjab Training & Coaching Summer Camp 2023

Introduction

Welcome to the Sports Board Punjab Coaching and Training Summer Camp 2023! Organized by the Youth Affairs & Sports Department Punjab, this camp offers an exciting opportunity for young sports enthusiasts to enhance their skills and passion in various disciplines. With a diverse range of 14 sports, including Athletics, Archery, Badminton, Cricket, Karate, Swimming, Table Tennis, Taekwondo, Tennis, Wushu, Self-Defense, Football, Hockey, and Gymnastics, participants will have the chance to explore and excel in their chosen sport.

The camp is open for participants in the U-8 and U-14 age categories, providing a platform for both budding athletes and those already displaying promising talent. Running for a duration of two months, from 12th June to 12th August, the camp offers an extensive training program to maximize skill development, foster teamwork, and promote a healthy and active lifestyle.

Located at the renowned Nishtar Park Sports Complex in Lahore, this state-of-the-art facility provides an ideal setting for participants to train and excel in their chosen sports. With access to top-notch equipment and amenities, participants will receive quality coaching from qualified and experienced coaches of the Youth Affairs & Sports Department. These coaches are committed to nurturing talent, instilling discipline, and imparting valuable lessons in sportsmanship.

  • Participation Certificate for all registered children
  • Sports Uniform will be provided by Sports Board Punjab for the camp

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Participants must complete the registration process by submitting the required forms and payment before the specified deadline.
  2. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability may be limited.
  3. SBP reserves the right to accept or reject any registration at its discretion.
  4. The camp is open to children within the specified age range i.e., U-8 & U-14.
  5. Only one parent/guardian/attendant will be allowed per participant. No guests will be allowed.
  6. Participants must be in good health and free from any contagious diseases or medical conditions that may pose a risk to themselves or others.
  7. It is the responsibility of parents/guardians to inform the camp staff of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect their child's participation.
  8. The camp staff has the right to restrict participation or take appropriate measures if a participant's health or safety is at risk.
  9. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner, both on and off the field, adhering to the camp's code of conduct.
  10. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to bullying, harassment, violence, or disrespect, may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal from the camp.
  11. Participants and their parents/guardians assume all risks associated with the sports activities, including but not limited to injuries, accidents, and property damage.
  12. The camp, its organizers, staff, volunteers, and associated entities shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from participation in the camp, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
  13. Participants are expected to attend the camp regularly and be punctual for all activities.
  14. The camp may capture photographs, videos, or other media during the activities for promotional or documentation purposes.
  15. By enrolling in the camp, participants and their parents/guardians grant permission for the camp to use such media, ensuring the privacy rights of participants are respected.
  16. The camp reserves the right to modify the schedule, activities, or other aspects of the program, as necessary, without prior notice.
