New gymnasium halls being equipped with modern facilities: Secretary Sports Punjab Muhammad Aamir Jan

Secretary Sports Punjab Muhammad Aamir Jan stated that as many as 50 gymnasium halls are being constructed and some of them are near completion in different cities of the Punjab province; he said this while addressing an important meeting of Divisional Sports Officers at National Hockey Stadium. The concerned officials gave a thorough briefing to Secretary Sports Punjab Muhammad Aamir Jan about the under-construction gymnasium halls in the province. Secretary Sports Punjab Muhammad Aamir Jan informed the meeting that these gymnasium halls are being equipped with all modern facilities. “We are constructing sports venues as per the vision of Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif. All the contractors have been advised to focus on the quality of construction work”, he added. He further said that all the sports projects are being built as per international standard so that our players can prepare themselves properly for global sports competitions. “Sports Board Punjab is raising more grounds and stadiums laced with floodlights. Our talented male and female players can express their potential through these mega sports facilities,” he added. Secretary Sports Punjab Muhammad Aamir Jan said these sports facilities will be opened for talented players in near future.
