Sports Board Punjab is going to build a boxing ring in Multan in near future. “A decision has also been taken to lay a top standard astro-turf in Multan hockey stadium; this was stated by Secretary Sports Punjab Aamir Jan while addressing a key meeting in Multan. Divisional Sports Officer Rana Nadeem Anjum, all TSOs of Multan Division and other top officials also attended the meeting. The progress of sports venues in Multan Division was reviewed during the high-profile meeting. Secretary Sports Punjab Aamir Jan was given a detailed briefing about the construction work at various under-construction sports facilities. Secretary Sports Punjab Muhammad Aamir Jan also visited several under-construction sports venues in Multan on Saturday. During his visit, Secretary Sports Punjab Aamir Jan inspected the development work at Sports Gymnasium, E-Library, floodlit cricket ground etc.
