Pakistan-World XI T20 series Sports Board Punjab to set up Emergency Response Centre

 Sports Board Punjab (SBP) will set up an Emergency Response Centre at National Hockey Stadium during the upcoming tour of World XI. This important decision was taken in a high-profile meeting of officers of different departments at National Hockey Stadium on Saturday. The key meeting was presided over by Director General Sports Punjab Zulfiqar Ahmed Ghumman.Addressing the meeting, Director General Sports Punjab Zulfiqar Ahmed Ghumman said the officers from Police, LDA, WASA, LESCO, Sui Gas and Towns officials will be present at National Hockey Stadium to handle any unpleasant situation during the upcoming tour of World XI. There will be no load-shedding in Nishtar Park Sports Complex during the Pakistan-World XI series. “Lahore Waste Management Company will ensure a clean and tidy atmosphere during the 6-day cricket series. In case of rain, WASA and seven units of Sports Board Punjab will be responsible to clear the rainy water in Nishtar Park Sports Complex,”
