Punjab Minister for Sports Malik Faisal Ayub Khokhar has expressed deep grief and sorrow over the demise of son of senior sports reporter Muhammad Yaqoob.
Senior sports reporter Muhammad Yaqoob’s son Ayub Yaqoob was serving as a swimming coach at the Punjab International Swimming Complex.
In his condolence message on Tuesday, Punjab Minister for Sports Malik Faisal Ayub Khokhar said that he was deeply saddened to hear the news of Ayub’s death. He prayed that may Allah Almighty rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant courage to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss.
Meanwhile, Secretary Sports Punjab Fazal-ur-Rehman and Director General Sports Punjab Muhammad Tariq Qureshi have also expressed their deep grief and sorrow over the death of son of senior sports reporter Muhammad Yaqoob.
In their condolence message, both Secretary Sports Punjab Fazal-ur-Rehman and Director General Sports Punjab Muhammad Tariq Qureshi said that Ayub Yaqoob was a highly hardworking, dedicated and honest staffer of Sports Board Punjab. “His services as a swimming coach will always be remembered,” they added.
They prayed that Allah Almighty may give the bereaved family the strength and patience to bear this irreparable loss.
