The CM Punjab Inter-Division Kabaddi Championship, organized by the Sports Board Punjab, has entered its decisive stage as Faisalabad and Sahiwal division kabaddi teams qualified for the title clash after their thrilling victories in semifinal matches at the Punjab Stadium on Wednesday.
Director General Sports Punjab Muhammad Tariq Qureshi has congratulated Faisalabad and Sahiwal division kabaddi teams on qualifying for the final match. He said the championship has showcased outstanding talent, exceptional fitness, and true sportsmanship. He expressed confidence that the final match would provide kabaddi fans with more exciting and memorable contest.
Earlier, the kabaddi teams of Sahiwal, Lahore, Gujranwala and Faisalabad divisions secured their places in the semi-finals with impressive performances. The first semifinal was played between Sahiwal and Gujranwala Division teams in which Sahiwal emerged winner by 46–36 while Faisalabad thrashed Lahore Division by 52–32 in the second semifinal.
