Punjab Sports Department conducted a training session for e-Filing and Office Automation System (e-FOAS) at the National Hockey Stadium on Thursday on the direction of Secretary Sports and Youth Affairs Punjab Muhammad Ali.
A total of 57 officers including all Divisional Sports Officers, District Sports Officers of the province and allied staff participated in the training session through video link.
Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) expert trainer M Haseeb conducted the training session in which he delivered insightful lecture regarding modern online e-filing system.
Director General Sports Punjab Muhammad Tariq Qureshi, in a statement on Thursday said that promoting paperless working and transforming of office working on modern lines is need of the hour. “This modern e-Filing and Office Automation System is being expanded in all District Sports Offices of the province”.
Director General Sports Punjab Muhammad Tariq Qureshi said that the main purpose of this training session is to make all officers and employees of Punjab Sports Department aware of modern online office working. “This training session will help a lot in performing our office work as per modern day requirements”.
