Secretary Sports and Youth Affairs Punjab Muhammad Ali visited the Punjab International Swimming Complex on Thursday to inspect the upgradation work.
General Manager Swimming Pool Mustafa Shah and Project Director PMU were also present on this occasion.
Talking on this occasion, Secretary Sports and Youth Affairs Punjab Muhammad Ali said that Punjab International Swimming Complex is being upgraded according to modern requirements. “The Punjab International Swimming Complex is equipped with world class facilities”.
Secretary Sports and Youth Affairs Punjab Muhammad Ali directed the officials concerned to complete men's swimming pool as early as possible so that young talented swimmers can participate in swimming activities in the upcoming summer season. “Ladies swimming pool should also be completed in a period of two months”.
Secretary Sports and Youth Affairs Punjab Muhammad Ali expressed his hope that the swimming pool will be fully functional during the summer season. “Once the Punjab International Swimming Complex is completed, our swimmers will have access to world-class swimming facilities”.
