Director General Sports and Youth Affairs Punjab Khizar Afzaal Chaudhry said that the training camps of Punjab teams for the preparation of 35th National Games will start from November 24.
Director General Sports and Youth Affairs Punjab Khizar Afzaal Chaudhry shared this information while presiding over an important meeting at the National Hockey Stadium on Monday.
The key meeting was convened to review the preparations of 35th edition of National Games which are scheduled to be organised at Karachi from December 6 to 13, 2025.
Director Sports Rana Nadeem Anjum, Director Admin Abid Shaukat, Deputy Director Chand Perveen, Deputy Director Yasmeen Akhtar, Assistant Director Bilal Akram and Nabil Akram participated in the meeting.
Addressing the meeting, Director General Sports and Youth Affairs Punjab Khizar Afzaal Chaudhry said that the Punjab contingent will leave for Karachi to participate in the National Games on December 4, 2025. “The Punjab athletes will participate in the National Games with full preparation,” he added.
Director General Sports and Youth Affairs Punjab Khizar Afzaal Chaudhry said that expert coaches will impart top level training Punjab male and female athletes at the training camp. “Sports Board Punjab will provide the best facilities to all participating players in the training camps”.
Director General Sports and Youth Affairs Punjab Khizar Afzaal Chaudhry further said that country’s best outfits are participating in the 35th edition of National Games but we are quite confident that the members of Punjab contingent will exhibit excellent performance in the sports extravaganza.
