Punjab Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs Malik Faisal Ayub Khokhar has presided over an important meeting at National Hockey Stadium on Thursday to review the ADP Schemes of Punjab Sports Department.
Secretary Sports and Youth Affairs Punjab Muzaffar Khan Sial, Director General Sports and Youth Affairs Punjab Khizar Afzaal Chaudhry and other officials attended the meeting.
Punjab Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs Malik Faisal Ayub Khokhar was given a detailed briefing on various projects of Punjab Sports Department including ongoing 88 new sports development schemes.
Addressing the meeting, Punjab Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs Malik Faisal Ayub Khokhar said that 58 sports development schemes have been approved while 30 schemes are awaiting approval. He directed the officials concerned to take all necessary measures to remove the obstacles for the approval of sports schemes.
Punjab Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs Malik Faisal Ayub Khokhar said that the plan of constructing food courts around Punjab Stadium should be finalized as early as possible. He also issued instructions to ensure parking and other facilities for the public. He directed the officials concerned to complete all sports development schemes as per given time schedule.
