Provincial Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs Malik Faisal Ayub Khokhar said that International Women Day reminds us of the importance of women's role in the development of the country.
Provincial Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs Malik Faisal Ayub Khokhar said this in his message on the occasion of International Women's Day on Saturday.
Provincial Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs Malik Faisal Ayub Khokhar said that Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz has always said that women are our Red Line and the protection of their rights is among the top priorities of Punjab government.
Malik Faisal Ayub Khokhar said that Punjab government is ensuring the protection of women's rights in every field and there is sufficient representation of women in all departments across the province. "Women are being provided equal opportunities in every field, including sports so that they can prove and utilize all their capabilities in an appropriate manner."
The provincial minister added that without the effective role of women, no society can develop in the world. He acknowledged the hard work and commitment of women in every field.
Malik Faisal Ayub Khokhar congratulated all the women on World Women's Day and lauded their significant role in the development of the country.
