Secretary Sports and Youth Affairs Punjab Muzaffar Khan Sial has presided over an important meeting regarding Punjab Chief Minister Internship Programme at the Punjab Stadium on Monday.
They key meeting was attended by Director general Sports Punjab Pervez Iqbal, Bank of Punjab Chief Digital Officer Nofal Daud, Director Admin M Kaleem, PITB and Bank of Punjab officers.
Addressing the meeting, Secretary Sports and Youth Affairs Punjab Muzaffar Khan Sial said that 15,678 students have applied for Chief Minister Internship Programme out of which 12,129 applications have been verified. “Under this programme, Rs 25,000 per month will be given to six thousand graduates for six months,” he informed.
Secretary Sports and Youth Affairs Punjab Muzaffar Khan Sial further said that our aim is to prepare the youth for playing an effective role in the development of country. “58% women have applied in Chief Minister Internship Program”.
He said that an MoU regarding the Chief Minister Internship Programme will also be signed between Youth Affairs and Sports Department Punjab and Bank of Punjab.
