Punjab's first Sports Quiz competition to be held on March 23 under the auspices of Sports Board Punjab and Deputy Commissioner Strategic Reforms Unit (SRU)

Punjab's first Sports Quiz competition is all set to begin under the auspices of Sports Board Punjab (SBP) and Deputy Commissioner Strategic Reforms Unit (SRU) on March 23.
In this regard, Punjab Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs Faisal Ayub Khokhar had a detailed meeting with Deputy Commissioner Lahore Rafia Haider at DC office. Deputy Commissioner Lahore on this occasion gave an in-depth briefing to Punjab Sports Minister about the first ever sports quiz contest.
Punjab Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs Faisal Ayub Khokhar and Deputy Commissioner Lahore Rafia Haider also discussed the promotion of sports during their meeting.
Punjab Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs Faisal Ayub Khokhar said that holding quiz competition is great news for the sports enthusiasts of the province. “The young male and female sports enthusiasts must take part in this informative and healthy activity to enhance their sports knowledge,” he added.
Punjab Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs Faisal Ayub Khokhar said that Deputy Commissioner Lahore is taking effective measures for the administrative improvement of the Lahore district. “We will work together with Deputy Commissioner Lahore for the improvement of sports structure. The sports competitions will also be organized at the district level soon,” he added.
While giving briefing, Deputy Commissioner Lahore Rafia Haider said that the registration of quiz will start from March 23. “The first digital round of quiz will be conducted from March 23 to 31 while the second round will be held after Eidul Fitr,” she added.
Deputy Commissioner Lahore Rafia Haider further said that the quiz competition will be based on the sports history of Pakistan and people of 14 to 35 years age can participate in this contest. “The purpose of the quiz is to make the young generation aware of the sports history of Pakistan,” she informed.
