Master trainers conducted practical training sessions at Punjab Stadium on the 5th day of Level-1 Coaching Course being organised at Institute of Sports Sciences Punjab (ISSP) under the aegis of Sports Board Punjab on Friday.
ISSP Principal Ms Chand Parveen, Chief Instructor Hafeez Bhatti, Instructors Ms Shaista Qaiser, Sajid Ali and Malik Nasir were also present on this occasion.
International Certified Coach Dr Naseeb Ullah Khan supervised practical on Physiological Assessments while master trainer Faisal Abid supervised practical assessment in the second session.
During practical training sessions, the participating coaches take part in running and other physical exercises in indoor and outdoor venues. Master trainers monitored their performance minutely and guided them where necessary.
