11th Inter-School & Inter-College Games 2023 conclude

11th Inter-School & Inter-College Games 2023 concluded with a colourful closing ceremony at the Punjab Stadium on Sunday. Director General Sports Punjab Dr Asif Tufail graced the occasion as Chief Guest.
Director Sports Yasmeen Akhtar, PbOA Secretary General Idris Haider Khawaja, Assistant Directors M Waseem, M Sajid and a large number of teachers, officials and students from various schools and colleges were also present on this occasion.
Director General Sports Punjab Dr Asif Tufail distributed trophies among top position holder boys and girls schools and colleges. The male and female students of prize winning schools and colleges also had group photos with the chief guest.
Among the boys schools, DPS Model Town was adjudged winners followed by Aitchison School and Lacas School. The top three positions of girls’ schools were shared by Adabistan-e-Soophia School, DHA Senior and Lady Maclagan Girls High School.
Punjab College was declared winner in the Boys College contest while the next two positions were taken by GCU and Superior College respectively. In Girls College competition, LCWU, Kinnaird College and Punjab College secured the top three positions.
Later, PbOA Secretary General Idris Haider Khawaja thanked Director General Sports Punjab Dr Asif Tufail for gracing the closing ceremony and providing best facilities during the holding of 11th Inter-School & Inter-College Games 2023. He said that Director General Sports Punjab Dr Asif Tufail has always played an inspirational role for the promotion of sports and encouraging the talented athletes.
