Adviser to Chief Minister Punjab on Sports and Youth Affairs Wahab Riaz has congratulated Director General Sports Punjab Dr Asif Tufail on his promotion from grade 19 to grade 20.
In this regard, a cake-cutting ceremony was organized at National Hockey Stadium in which Adviser to Chief Minister Punjab on Sports and Youth Affairs Wahab Riaz presented a bouquet to Director General Sports Punjab Dr Asif Tufail.
Director Youth Affairs Syed Umair Hassan, Director Sports Nadeem Qaiser, Director Admin Ijaz Munir, Deputy Director Zahoor Ahmed were also present on this occasion. Later, all the participants also had group photographs with Adviser to Chief Minister Punjab on Sports and Youth Affairs Wahab Riaz and Director General Sports Punjab Dr Asif Tufail.
Expressing his best wishes, Adviser to Chief Minister Punjab on Sports and Youth Affairs Wahab Riaz said that Director General Sports Punjab Dr Asif Tufail will continue to perform his duties in the best possible manner after being elevated to grade 20. “Sports Board Punjab played a key role for the promotion of sports culture among the young generation under his leadership,” he added.
