Adviser to Chief Minister Punjab on Sports and Youth Affairs Wahab Riaz inspects cattle market arrangements and other measures taken ahead of Eid-ul-Azha in Okara and Sahiwal

Adviser to Chief Minister Punjab on Sports and Youth Affairs Wahab Riaz visited Okara and Sahiwal on Thursday to assess administrative arrangements and other measures taken in cattle markets for Eid-ul-Azha.
Director Youth Affairs Syed Umair Hassan and other officials were also present during Wahab Riaz’s inspection visits.
In Okara, Adviser to Chief Minister Punjab on Sports and Youth Affairs Wahab Riaz presided over a meeting in Deputy Commissioner office where Deputy Commissioner Okara Zeeshan Hanif briefed him about seven cattle markets established in District Okara, overall administrative measures and law and order situation in the district.
Adviser to Chief Minister Punjab on Sports and Youth Affairs Wahab Riaz directed the relevant officials to make all necessary arrangements for the convenience of public and traders of sacrificial animals in cattle markets.
Deputy Commissioner Okara Zeeshan Hanif also briefed about sports facilities in the district and measures taken by District administration for development of sports infrastructure.
Adviser to Chief Minister Punjab on Sports and Youth Affairs Wahab Riaz also visited E-Library, Cricket Stadium and Indoor Gymnasium in Okara. He directed the District Sports Officer Okara to start summer sports camps for young boys and girls without wasting further time.
After Okara, Adviser to Chief Minister Punjab on Sports and Youth Affairs Wahab Riaz also visited District Sahiwal where Commissioner Shoaib Iqbal briefed him about the overall administrative, law and order situation of the district.
Adviser to Chief Minister Punjab on Sports and Youth Affairs Wahab Riaz directed to make all possible and necessary arrangements for public facilitation at cattle markets.
Commissioner Sahiwal also briefed about sports facilities in the division and measures taken by Divisional and District Administration for uplift of sports infrastructure.
Adviser to Chief Minister Punjab on Sports and Youth Affairs Wahab Riaz also visited, Cricket Stadium, Zafar Ali Stadium Athletics Track Project and Indoor Gymnasium Sahiwal during his inspection visit.
