Director General Sports Punjab Dr Asif Tufail visited the CCTV control room and other offices of Sports Board Punjab at National Hockey Stadium on Wednesday.
Director Youth Affairs Syed Umair Hassan, Deputy Director Tariq Wattoo and Assistant Director Zahoor Ahmed briefed Director General Sports Punjab Dr Asif Tufail about the working and functions of different departments.
Director General Sports Punjab Dr Asif Tufail was briefed that foolproof security is being provided in all parts of Nishtar Park Sports Complex through CCTV control room. “Nishtar Park Sports Complex has the top standard security arrangements and best security measures will be made for the upcoming Ramzan Sports Series, T20 cricket series and other sports events”.
Director General Sports Punjab Dr Asif Tufail also visited the newly constructed hostel at the National Hockey Stadium and inspected the available facilities there. “Top class facilities have been provided in the new hostel. The construction of the new hostel is definitely a great facility for all visiting squads for participation in different sports events”.
