Youth Affairs and Sports Department Punjab arranged a farewell ceremony at Punjab Stadium in honour of five officers who were transferred to other departments on Friday.
Secretary Youth Affairs and Sports Punjab Ehsan Bhutta was the chief guest on this occasion. Additional Secretary Sports Malik Sanaullah, Director General Sports Punjab Muhammad Tariq Qureshi, Deputy Secretary Admin Liaquat Bhatti and other officials also attended the farewell ceremony.
Talking on this occasion, Secretary Youth Affairs and Sports Punjab Ehsan Bhutta appreciated the services of transferred officers for Youth Affairs and Sports Department and wished all of them for their new assignments. He also gave shields to all transferred officers on this occasion “Vibrant and hard working work force always helps to achieve the targets assigned. However posting/transfer is part of life,” he added.
Deputy Secretary Planning Mr Ashfaque has been transferred to the Health Department, Mr Qasim to the Environment Department while Abdul Malik, Zubair and Emmad have been transferred to the Tourism Department. All the participating officials acknowledged and appreciated their contributions and wished them best of luck for their new responsibilities.
