Several Sports Board Punjab officers, office-bearers of SBP Employees Union, All-Pakistan Clerks Association (APCA) Unit Directorate General Sports and Youth Affairs Punjab, Lahore Qalandars CEO Atif Rana and sports associations congratulated newly-appointed Director General Sports Punjab Javed Chohan on assuming charge of his office on Monday.
Director Sports Hafeez Bhatti, Tariq Wattoo and other top officials also met with Director General Sports Punjab Javed Chohan and congratulated him on taking over as DG Sports Punjab.
Those who called on Director General Sports Punjab Javed Chohan include Lahore Qalandars CEO Atif Rana, Chairman SBP Employees Union Ch Zahoor Ahmed, President Ali Ashraf, Secretary Hafiz Umer, President APCA Unit Directorate General Sports and Youth Affairs Punjab Fiyaz Ali, Nabeel Akram. The visiting delegations also presented bouquets to Director General Sports Punjab Javed Chohan on this occasion.
Talking to different delegations and officials, Director General Sports Punjab Javed Chohan said he will take every possible measure for the growth of sports culture in the province. He urged all the sports officials and associations to carry out combined efforts for the development of sports in the province.
Director General Sports Punjab Javed Chohan expressed his determination to make Sports Board Punjab a strong and useful department. “The welfare of employees is our top priority. My doors are open to all employees,” he added.
