Renowned sports promoter and President Pak-Japan Business Council Rana Abid Hussain called on Vice-Chairman Sports Board Punjab Rao Zahid Qayyum at National Hockey Stadium on Monday. Director Sports Hafeez Bhatti and other officials were also present on this occasion.
The promotion of hockey and other games across the province were discussed during the meeting. Both Vice-Chairman Sports Board Punjab Rao Zahid Qayyum and Rana Abid Hussain agreed to make joint efforts for the growth of sports culture in the province.
Talking on this occasion, Vice-Chairman Sports Board Punjab Rao Zahid Qayyum said Sports Board Punjab is making useful endeavours for the promotion of sports in the province in accordance with the vision of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
Rana Abid Hussain, on this occasion, said that Pak-Japan Business Council will play an effective role in introducing Pakistan’s sports talent at international level. He also pinned a badge of Pak-Japan Business Council to Vice-Chairman Sports Board Punjab Rao Zahid Qayyum.
