Top film star Shan had a meeting with Director Admin Javed Chohan and Director Sports Hafeez Bhatti at National Hockey Stadium on Saturday. The promotion of sports culture in Punjab province was discussed during the meeting.
Talking to the media on this occasion Shan said that he is ready for any kind of cooperation for the promotion of sports culture. “Hockey is our national game and really we are recognized in many countries of the world through our memorable Olympic and World Cup title victories in hockey”, he said.
Shan said the holding of the First Quaid-e-Azam Inter-Division Hockey Championship is definitely an encouraging sign in the prevailing circumstances. “Sports Board Punjab is making great efforts for the growth of sports in Punjab province under the leadership of Director General Sports Punjab Adnan Arshad Aulakh,” he added
