Youth Exchange Programme being launched with other provinces in April this year: Punjab Minister for Sports, Youth Affairs and Tourism Rai Taimoor Khan Bhatti

Punjab Minister for Sports, Youth Affairs and Tourism Rai Taimoor Khan Bhatti said Punjab govt is going to launch Youth Exchange Programme with other provinces in April this year. “Under the Youth Exchange Programme all youngsters with exceptional talent from across the country will be provided opportunities to visit other provinces to enhance and polish their skills in their respective departments,” he made this announcement while addressing an important Youth Affairs meeting at National Hockey Stadium.

Secretary Youth Affairs, Sports, Archeology and Tourism Punjab Ehsan Bhutta, Director Admin Javed Chohan, Deputy Director Planning Rauf Bajwa, SBP Legal Advisor Ikram Bari Saleemi and other top officials attended the meeting.

The projects of E-Rozgar, Youth Exchange Programme, Youth Activity Programme, Youth Awareness, Arts and Cultural, Youth Expression, Character-building, Youth Magazine, Regional Youth Forum, Youth Conference, establishment of Youth Centres, Int’l Youth Day and Int’l Volunteer Day were discussed at length during the meeting.

The meeting was told that Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar will also honour top sports persons in an impressive ceremony in near future. Director Admin Javed Chohan briefed the meeting in detail about various Youth Affairs programmes and activities being launched across the Punjab province.

Addressing the meeting, Punjab Minister for Sports, Youth Affairs and Tourism Rai Taimoor Khan Bhatti informed that under the Youth Exchange Programme all the individuals with exceptional talent in sports, education, information technology etc from all provinces will be invited to visit Punjab. “During their stay in Punjab, the toppers will be given modern training in their respective fields besides providing them an opportunity to witness eye-catching sites in Punjab. Our doors are open for talented male and female youth. “We will say welcome to them in Punjab. We are ready to extend every kind of expertise to talented youth”.

Punjab Minister for Sports, Youth Affairs and Tourism Rai Taimoor Khan Bhatti said Punjab govt, under the vision of Prime Minister Imran Khan, is taking effective measures to make youth useful citizens. “We have over 60 per cent youth in our country and we can’t ignore such a large number of young generation. We are initiating several programmes for the talented youth in our province. The potential youth can play a vital role in the development of the country,” he added.

Secretary Youth Affairs, Sports, Archeology and Tourism Punjab Ehsan Bhutta, on this occasion said several useful projects are being launched to provide right direction talented youth. “We will also provide necessary guidance to youth to initiate their business under E-Rozgar Programme”
