A delegation of newly-appointed Tehsil Sports Officers (TSOs) and Divisional Coaches called on Secretary Sports Punjab Ehsan Bhutta and Director General Sports Punjab Adnan Arshad Aulakh at Punjab Stadium on Monday.
Director Admin Javed Chohan, Director Sports Hafeez Bhatti and Deputy Director Shahid Nizami were also present on this occasion.
All the 42 Tehsil Sports Officers (TSOs) and Divisional Coaches, who were appointed to their respective jobs through Public Service Commission, were introduced with Secretary Sports Punjab Ehsan Bhutta and Director General Sports Punjab Adnan Arshad Aulakh.
During the meeting, Secretary Sports Punjab Ehsan Bhutta welcomed the newly-appointed Tehsil Sports Officers (TSOs) and Divisional Coaches and urged them to serve the cause of sports with full devotion. “Tehsil Sports Officers and Divisional Coaches must play their due role for the promotion of sports in the province”.
Director General Sports Punjab Adnan Arshad Aulakh, on this occasion said, competent Tehsil Sports Officers and Divisional Coaches are no less than a blessing for talented male and female players. “It’s right time for TSOs to utilize the valuable sports infrastructure properly across the province so that young generation can take maximum benefit from these useful sports facilities,” he added.
