Chief Minister Punjab National Karate Championship is joint effort of Sports Board Punjab and PKF: Director General Sports Punjab Adnan Arshad Aulakh
President Pakistan Olympic Association (POA) Lt-Gen (retd) Arif Hasan said that the successful holding of Chief Minister Punjab National Karate Championship has a great significance for the future of karate in the country; he said this while talking to media at the prize distribution ceremony of Chief Minister Punjab National Karate Championship 2019 at Nishtar Park Sports Complex Gymnasium Hall on Sunday.
POA President Lt-Gen (retd) Arif Hasan lauded Sports Board Punjab’s role for providing best platform to young karate players at Nishtar Park Sports Complex Gymnasium Hall. He thanked Director General Sports Punjab Adnan Arshad Aulakh for extending ideal facilities during the Chief Minister Punjab National Men and Women Karate Championship.
Answering a question, POA President Lt-Gen (retd) Arif Hasan said: “The sports culture can be flourished in the country through combine efforts”.
POA Chief Lt-Gen (retd) Arif Hasan appreciated the skills of male and female karate players during the 3-day championship. He congratulated Sports Board Punjab on the successful holding of Chief Minister Punjab National Karate Championship. He also greeted medal winning players and other top performers of the event.
Director General Sports Punjab Adnan Arshad Aulakh, on this occasion said Sports Board Punjab gave equal importance to all games and the holding of Chief Minister Punjab National Karate Championship is joint effort of Sports Board Punjab and PKF.
Answering a question, Director General Sports Punjab Adnan Arshad Aulakh said: “Sports Board Punjab is evolving a proper mechanism according to which talented youngsters of the province can take maximum benefits from SBP’s valuable sports facilities”.
