Dr Shahbaz Gill and Punjab Minister for Sports Rai Taimoor Khan Bhatti distribute gifts among the members of guest delegation on behalf of CM Punjab Usman Buzdar.

Inter-Provincial interaction among all provinces is essential for real progress of the country and through this practice we can also enhance mutual love and respect among the people of all parts of the country; these views were expressed by Dr Shahbaz Gill, Spokesman for the Chief Minister of Punjab and Punjab Minister for Sports, Youth Affairs and Tourism Rai Taimoor Khan Bhatti while talking to a students’ delegation from DPS School/College Khuzdar, Balochistan at State of the Art Punjab International Swimming Complex on Tuesday.

Sports Board Punjab Vice-Chairman Rao Zahid Qayyum, Assistant Commissioner Model Town Zeeshan Ranjha, Director General Sports Punjab Adnan Arshad Aulakh, Director Admin Javed Chohan and other top officials were also present on this occasion.

The 25-member delegation, which was headed by Assistant Commissioner (R) Kalat Division Khuzdar Aysha Zehri, was comprised of 20 female position-holder students of 8th, 9th and 10th class and four teachers. The delegation of Khuzdar students visited various departments of Punjab International Swimming Complex.

Dr Shahbaz Gill, Spokesman for the Chief Minister of Punjab, said Punjab govt has cordial relations with all province especially Balochistan. “Prime Minister Imran Khan is giving equal importance to all parts of the country. He is taking stringent measures to lift the progress level of other provinces of the country,” he added.

Dr Shahbaz Gill said this kind of visits play an important role in improving the vision and exposure of talented students. “It’s your own home and we will always say welcome to promising students of other provinces in Punjab,” he added.

Dr Shahbaz Gill urged the students to focus on their studies because it’s quality education which paved the way of progress.

Punjab Minister for Sports, Youth Affairs and Tourism Rai Taimoor Khan Bhatti also welcomed the members of delegation. “We always extend every kind of assistance to other provinces especially in sports. We also invited delegations from all provinces in Punjab Games and we will continue this practice in future,” the minister said while talking to media and students on this occasion.

Lauding the role of Balochistan, Punjab Minister for Sports, Youth Affairs and Tourism Rai Taimoor Khan Bhatti said the people of Balochistan are very courageous and committed. “They have a great part in Pakistan’s stability and progress”.

Leader of the group Assistant Commissioner (R) Kalat Division Aysha Zehri and other members of the delegation thanked Chief Minister Punjab Usman Buzdar, Dr Shahbaz Gill and Punjab Minister for Sports, Youth Affairs and Tourism Rai Taimoor Khan Bhatti for extending warm hospitality during their stay in Lahore.

The members of guest delegation were quite delighted after visiting historic places, parks, museum and thrilling parade at Wagah Border during their Lahore trip.
