Director General Sports Punjab Nadeem Sarwar visited proposed locations of shooting range and sports city in Lahore. Director General Sports Punjab Nadeem Sarwar was accompanied by Sports Board Punjab Revenue Consultant Iqbal Shahid during the twin visits. In his first visit, DG Sports Punjab Nadeem Sarwar inspected 165-kanal land in Harbanspura. The said land could be used for a proposed shooting range facility in future. Then DG Sports Punjab Nadeem Sarwar visited 669-kanal location in Rakh Chhabeel area. Sports Board Punjab is considering to construct a sports city at this site in future. DG Sports Punjab Nadeem Sarwar examined all parts of both the localities with the help of necessary documents. Talking on this occasion, DG Sports Punjab Nadeem Sarwar said there is sufficient land in Lahore where SBP can build valuable sports facilities for the talented youth of the city. DG Sports Punjab Nadeem Sarwar said Sports Board Punjab is striving hard to provide best sports facilities to budding youngsters of the province. He urged the young generation of the province to avail the top level sports amenities properly to hone their sports skills.
