The three-day Long Life Learning, Sports, Health and Life Fitness course concluded here at the Punjab International Swimming Complex. The course was held under the aegis of Sports Board Punjab and Pakistan Strength and Conditioning Association and IAAF’s international lecturer level-II Rana Nasrullah delivered lecture to the participants, who came from Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar, Chishtian, Jhelum, government and private sector departments and Danish School.
Director General Sports Punjab Nadeem Sarwar congratulated all the participants on successful completion of the course and hopefully, they will deliver and impart honestly and skillfully, whatever they have learnt from here. “Top trainers and instructors have delivered very beneficial lectures to participants, which will enhance and improve their already developed skills and make them more professional and expert in their respective field.” He added: “Sports are the essential part of human lives, which keep them healthy and strong and also make them valuable citizen of a country by teaching them the most precious thing, known as sportsman spirit, which is a great asset of a sportsman. The Sports Board Punjab, under the vision of Prime Minister Imran Khan and Chief Minister Usman Buzdar, will continue to support sports and take every possible step to further flourish culture of sports in Punjab.”
Sharing his views, Rana Nasrullah thanks Director General Sports Punjab Nadeem Sarwar for his all-out support and cooperation in conducting this course in a befitting manner. “The Sports Board Punjab has provided us each and every facility in a professional way, which helped us a lot in conducting the course in a smooth and successful way, for which we are grateful to them and hope they will continue to provide such a generous support to all the sportsmen and organizers.” In the end, the certificates were distributed among the participants of the course.
