Young probables spent a busy day in SBP’s 7-Game month-long Coaching Camps in Lahore, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Sialkot and Gojra. Director General Sports Punjab Nadeem Sarwar, in a statement praised the methods of training being imparted to under-16 boys at SBP’s 7-Game Coaching Camps. DG Sports Punjab Nadeem Sarwar said that Punjab had great potential of sports and the prospects were quite bright for our young generation to earn laurels for the motherland in future. Expressing his satisfaction on the level of training at SBP’s 7-Game Coaching Camps, DG Sports Punjab Nadeem Sarwar said: “Our coaches are imparting some latest techniques to young players”. DG Sports Punjab Nadeem Sarwar advised the players to take part in camp training with confidence and full preparation. “These are the two key ingredients which always played a vital role in the success of any sports player or team,” he elaborated. SBP qualified weightlifting coaches Javed Asghar and Sajid Ameen taught latest techniques to camp trainees at Gujranwala. 35 young weightlifting players are being imparted modern training under the supervision of top coaches. Apart from training, the coaches also took care of the diet and gym exercises of the players.The camp probables, on this occasion said that more such camps should be organized. “This camp training helped us in removing our flaws in weightlifting techniques. We are doing training twice a day”.
